Reading List for the holidays: 1.Nelson Mandela's Autobiography (I forget what it's called) 2.Screw it,Let's Do it By Richard Brandson (again,an autobiography) 3.Frankenstein By Mary shelly 4.Jude the Obscure By Thomas Hardy 5.Tess of the D'Uberville by Thomas Hardy 6.A room of One's Own By Virginia Woolf The last three were a part of my syllabus this semester, but I was too distracted by life events to sit and read them. It is not going to be easy completing this list,especially since classics and autobiographies are my weak points. Nevertheless, I will try my level best. My friends have been disappointed with me. Why, you ask. It so happens that I have not watched any of the era changing movies like Gladiator and Avatar. Yes,my non-existent readers. I love morning shows for their discounted price and the feel of joblesssness that they provide. The fact that the theater was almost a full house at 10a.m on a Wednesday shows the popularity of this movie and the loveable cheapskate nature of the locals. The hunger games is based a book meant for young adults. I'm not going to go into the story,just the review. The costume designs are beautiful. The second part is slightly dragged. The ending does not provide catharsis. People are always interested in seeing how far humans can go to survive. It is a good movie.You can watch it.

It's a book by Mark Tully. No, I didn't choose it because the cover is yellow. I chose it because some of my syllabus topics are covered in this book and since I have been snoring all through classes, it would be a good idea to read this book so I know something for the exam. I shall post more once I open the book and start reading.
